The Philosophy
The Only Variable That Can't Be Bought
"Nothing has ever come easy and the amount of work in the gym coupled with the amount of diet and cardio and posing along with responsibilities of family and business makes this sport a deep commitment."Reagan Lancaster
Reagan has said it directly: you can spend whatever you want on equipment and coaching. At the end of the competition cycle, the stage shows exactly how much work you actually put in.
He applies the same logic in business. The companies he helped grow from millions to billions required consecutive daily decisions, compounded over years. No budget replaces that.
The personal goal is the same every year: get back on the stage. Lancaster has said it directly: nothing for the weak. That is exactly why he keeps going back.

7+ Hotter Than Hell
The Hotter Than Hell Hundred is a 100-mile cycling event held each August in Wichita Falls, Texas. It is one of the largest century rides in the country and runs in summer conditions that routinely exceed 100°F.
Reagan has finished it 7+ times. Completing 100 miles in that heat requires a sustained training load. He runs it alongside NPC prep, most years at the same time.
