Lancaster currently holds over 10 NPC national qualifications in Bodybuilding and Classic Physique. 3 first place championships, 5 second places, and 2 3rd places.

He has competed in the Ronnie Coleman Classic, the Southwest USA Competition, the Kuclo Classic National Qualifier, and the Better Bodies National Qualifier.
