At Oracle, Reagan Lancaster quickly established himself as a sales superstar, achieving 165% of quota in his first year during a tough economy.
In just his second year, he ranked as the number two sales professional worldwide, and the top ranked sales pro in the U.S., achieving MVP status in two U.S. regions.
Reagan Lancaster was the top worldwide sales person in his third year at Oracle, and was then moved into a regional management position during his fourth year. Lancaster’s results as a manager exceeded 200% of quota as he was promoted from Area Manager to Regional Manager and then to Regional Vice President in a one-and-a-half year period.
He was a member of the company’s President’s Club all five years.
